If the work is submitted via internet - United States or Australia; the payment will be required through PAY-PAL & you must be signed up (don't worry, it's free!) due to international transactions & exchange rates. This will make the transaction smooth & easy for both parties.

((The following ordinance applies for large projects such as books or a group of 5 or more illustrations.))

 After all information is gathered, negotiations are made & a contract is signed approved by both parties, 1/3 of the payment is required up front before the work begins, another 3rd of the payment after rough sketches/proofs, revisions have been approved & completed. Finally, the last 3rd of the payment is required after the completion.
